Pick-up and Drop Terms
Your package includes group pick-up and drop-off from the Pattaya hotel. Please ensure you are ready at the hotel at the scheduled pickup time.
This service is under group transfer, so if you are not present at the pick-up time, the vehicle will proceed to the next location.
No alternate vehicle or re-pickup will be possible, and no refund will be given in this case.
We recommend that you reach the pickup point at least 10–15 minutes early to ensure a smooth start to your trip.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the visit are non-refundable.
